Kepribadian Big Five dan Kepemimpinan: Tinjauan Literatur
Abstract
Keterbukaan (openness), kehati-hatian (conscientiousness), ekstraversi (extraversion), keramahan (agreeableness) dan neurotic (neuroticism), atau yang biasa dikenal sebagai kepribadian big five diketahui dapat memprediksi kepemimpinan. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepribadian big five dengan kepemimpinan. Tinjauan literatur ini dilakukan pada sepuluh jurnal penelitian internasional yang berkaitan dengan big five personality dan kepemimpinan, yang terbit dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan sepuluh jurnal internasional terkait, ditemukan bahwasannya kepribadian big five (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness dan neuroticism) berhubungan dengan perilaku gaya kepeepemimpinan, perilaku kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepemimpinan. Ekstraversi dan keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman ditemukan menjadi predictor yang paling dominan di dalam kepemimpinan.
