Acceptance and Commitment Therapy untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Adaptasi Kelompok dengan Skizofrenia dalam Menghadapi Ketidakpastian Kepulangan di Pondok Sosial

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis pada kelompok dewasa dengan Skizofrenia yang tinggal di Pondok Sosial. Fleksibilitas psikologis, yang merupakan kemampuan untuk menerima pengalaman internal yang sulit sambil tetap berfokus pada tindakan bermakna, merupakan prediktor penting kualitas hidup pada populasi ini. Penelitian menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest pada empat partisipan. Tingkat psychological inflexibility diukur menggunakan skala Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II (AAQ-II) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan penurunan signifikan skor AAQ-II (p<0,05), mengindikasikan penurunan psychological inflexibility. Analisis effect size menghasilkan nilai rγλ = 0.97, yang menunjukkan efek yang besar. Observasi dinamika kelompok menunjukkan peningkatan inisiatif, partisipasi aktif, pemahaman konsep ACT, dan komitmen terhadap aksi yang selaras dengan nilai pribadi, seperti membantu petugas dan mengembangkan keterampilan baru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa ACT kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas psikologis dan kemampuan adaptasi pada populasi rentan ini, serta berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.
