Pengaruh Perawatan Luka Bakar Dengan Menggunakan Gel Ekstrak Daun Buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Terhadap Ketebalan Jaringan Granulasi Pada Tikus Putih Jantan Galur Wistar

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perawatan luka bakar dengan menggunakan gel ekstrak daun buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) terhadap ketebalan jaringan granulasi pada tikus putih jantan galur Wistar. Luka bakar menyebabkan kerusakan jaringan yang memerlukan proses penyembuhan dengan pembentukan jaringan granulasi sebagai tahap awal. Ekstrak daun buncis diketahui mengandung senyawa aktif yang memiliki sifat antioksidan dan antiinflamasi, yang dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Dalam penelitian ini, tikus putih jantan galur Wistar dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok yang diberi perlakuan luka bakar dan pemberian gel ekstrak daun buncis pada kelompok perlakuan. Ketebalan jaringan granulasi diukur setelah periode penyembuhan tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian gel ekstrak daun buncis dapat meningkatkan ketebalan jaringan granulasi pada tikus putih jantan galur Wistar, yang menunjukkan potensi ekstrak daun buncis dalam mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bakar.
