Peran Terapi Kognitif Perilaku dalam Pengelolaan Gangguan Kecemasan Sosial pada Remaja: Tinjauan Literatur

Abstract


Gangguan kecemasan sosial (GKS) merupakan salah satu gangguan mental yang umum terjadi, dengan prevalensi tinggi pada remaja. GKS ditandai oleh rasa takut berlebihan terhadap situasi sosial dan penilaian negatif dari orang lain, yang dapat mengganggu berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, serta perkembangan emosional dan sosial. Terapi perilaku kognitif (cognitive behavioral therapy/CBT) telah diakui sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk mengelola GKS. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran CBT dalam pengelolaan GKS pada remaja melalui tinjauan literatur. Penelusuran dilakukan menggunakan Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect dengan kata kunci yang relevan. Lima artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis. Studi-studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa CBT efektif dalam mengurangi gejala kecemasan sosial pada remaja, baik melalui terapi individu maupun kelompok. CBT membantu remaja mengenali dan mengubah pola pikir maladaptif, melatih teknik paparan secara bertahap, serta mengembangkan keterampilan sosial yang lebih adaptif. Meskipun durasi terapi bervariasi, hasil menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada tingkat kecemasan sosial dan kualitas hidup remaja.  CBT merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam pengelolaan GKS pada remaja. Namun, keberhasilan terapi juga memerlukan keterlibatan keluarga dan sumber daya yang memadai. Temuan ini mendukung pentingnya deteksi dini dan intervensi berbasis CBT untuk menangani GKS pada remaja secara optimal.
