Studi Meta Analisis: Assertive Training Efektif untuk Menurunkan Gangguan Kecemasan

Abstract


Kecemasan merupakan kondisi kekhawatiran berlebih pada situasi tertentu akibat adanya pemikiran yang tidak rasional sehingga individu merasa terancam dan tidak percaya diri. Beberapa penelitian mengatakan bahwa assertive training merupakan salah satu intervensi yag efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan individu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas assertive training dalam menurunkan tingkan kecemasan dengan melakukan studi meta analisis pada 9 jurnal yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi mengacu pada panduan PRISMA. Sistem pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi JAMOVI 1.8. Hasil uji meta analisis yang diporoleh ialah I2 = 98,76% menggunakan random effect size dan nilai hedge’g sebesar -1.92 (95% CI antara - 3.832 sampai -0.012), dan hasil egger’s regression yaitu p=0.001. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa AT merupakan intervensi yang sangat efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan akan tetapi ditemukan adanya bias publikasi.
