Penggunaan Resource Development Installation untuk Remaja dengan Intermittent Explosive Disorder dan Adverse Childhood Experience
Abstract
Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED) adalah adalah gangguan psikologis yang ditandai dengan ledakan kemarahan yang intens dan tidak proporsional terhadap situasi yang memicu, yang seringkali menyebabkan agresi verbal maupun fisik. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kondisi ini adalah adanya riwayat Adverse Childhood Experience (ACEs). Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan prinsip-prinsip Resource Development Installation (RDI) dalam intervensi pada remaja berusia 16 tahun yang memiliki kondisi IED dan riwayat ACEs. Partisipan terlihat kesulitan meregulasi emosi dan sering memunculkan ledakan kemarahan baik secara verbal maupun perilaku. Terdapat dua hal utama yang ingin disasar dalam pemberian intervensi ini, yaitu externalizing problem dan kemampuan regulasi emosi. Asesmen yang digunakan untuk melihat digunakan untuk melihat efektivitas intervensi adalah The Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) dan Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale – Short Form (DERS-SF). Program intervensi terdiri atas 4 sesi yang dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan penurunan pada externalizing problem dan peningkatan pada kemampuan regulasi emosi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi RDI dapat berperan efektif dalam mengatasi masalah perilaku yang berhubungan dengan IED dan ACEs, serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi remaja.
