Keadilan Organisasi pada Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan di Startup Company
Abstract
Perusahaan startup berkembang dan terus bertumbuh. Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki jumlah perusahaan startup terbanyak di Asia Tenggara. Banyaknya perusahaan startup ini tentunya harus memiliki strategi bertahan agar dapat bertahan dan terus bersaing dengan melakukan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah lebih lanjut hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif yang dimoderasi oleh keadilan interpersonal dan keadilan informasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi moderasi berdasarkan model 2 by Hayes dengan prosedur PROCESS. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan startup yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun dan memiliki atasan langsung. Subjek yang didapat adalah sebanyak 277 responden dengan perbandingan 103 laki-laki dan 174 perempuan serta metode sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan keadilan interpersonal tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Keadilan interpersonal tidak cukup relevan untuk memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Karyawan tetap dapat menunjukan perilaku kerja inovatif tanpa dipengaruhi bagaimana organisasi memperlakukannya secara interpersonal. Sedangkan pada keadilan informasional diketahui dapat memoderasi dan berhubungan secara positif dengan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Karyawan dapat merasa adil apabila menerima informasi yang transparan ditempat kerjanya.
