Stres dan Regulasi Emosi Remaja Perempuan: Intervensi Kelompok dengan Pendekatan Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy

Abstract


Remaja mengalami berbagai perubahan dan tantangan pada aspek perkembangannya yang berpengaruh terhada kondisi emosionalnya. Pada salah satu SMP di Jakarta, sebagian besar remaja menghadapi permasalahan di aspek akademik dan pertemanan serta memiliki indikasi emosi negatif yang tinggi akibat permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya yaitu stres. Remaja perempuan terbukti memiliki kerentanan yang lebih tinggi terhadap stres dibandingkan dengan laki-laki. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan tingkat stres pada remaja yaitu melalui intervensi kelompok yang menyasar pada kemampuan regulasi emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah intervensi kelompok yang menyasar kemampuan regulasi emosi dengan pendekatan CBT efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat stres remaja perempuan pada salah satu SMP di Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini yaitu quasi experimental one-group pre-test post-test design yang mengukur tingkat stres (DASS-21) dan disregulasi emosi (DERS-SF). Terdapat tujuh partisipan yang mengikuti intervensi kelompok sebanyak 5 sesi. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan melalui analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif, intervensi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi dan menurunkan tingkat stres pada remaja perempuan. Hal ini terlihat dari tren penurunan skor tingkat stres dan disregulasi emosi yang memenuhi indikator keberhasilan. Selain itu, analisis kualitatif juga menunjukkan bahwa partisipan merasakan berbagai manfaat dari intervensi yang diberikan.
