Efektivitas Komunikasi Internal Dan Keterikatan Kerja: Sebuah Kajian Pada Lingkungan Organisasi Modern
Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan modal utama bagi suatu perusahaan padat karya. Salah satu faktor yang sangat potensial untuk menjadikan sumber daya manusia sebagai keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan ialah keterikatan kerja. Untuk membangun keterikatan kerja dibutuhkan adanya hubungan dua arah antara karyawan dengan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi internal terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling yang melibatkan 200 karyawan tetap di sebuah perusahaan padat karya yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keterikatan kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi yang berlangsung di dalam perusahaan.
