Semakin Cinta di tengah Konflik: Efektivitas Intervensi Kelompok Bertema Resolusi Konflik pada Pasangan Menikah

Abstract


Konflik dalam pernikahan merupakan hal yang wajar terjadi namun dapat berdampak negatif apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Tingginya angka perceraian di Indonesia, terutama pada pasangan dengan usia pernikahan di bawah lima tahun, mencerminkan perlunya peningkatan keterampilan resolusi konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas intervensi kelompok berbasis modul Semakin Cinta di Tengah Konflik dalam meningkatkan kepuasan hubungan dan sikap terhadap konflik pada pasangan menikah. Intervensi ini dirancang untuk memperkuat keterampilan resolusi konflik, mengelola potensi konflik eksternal, dan mengembangkan sikap positif terhadap konflik. Sebanyak 4 pasangan menikah berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari enam sesi kelompok. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kepuasan hubungan dan sikap terhadap konflik setelah intervensi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi kelompok dalam mendukung pasangan untuk mengelola konflik secara konstruktif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keharmonisan dalam hubungan pernikahan.
